We at Extate Housing administer and report to you so that you can manage financially responsibly. Extate Housing takes care of the collection of the monthly rent and service charges due from the tenant. Furthermore, we inform in a timely manner about the annual rent increase in accordance with the drawn up rental agreement. In addition, we make the necessary adjustments to the lease.

Monitoring and identifying any payment arrears
Through responsible debtor management, Extate Housing will act quickly and proactively in case of rent arrears.
